Commercial Door Threshold Seal 8 mm

This industrial-strength aluminium threshold is specially designed for use in commercial and industrial environments where maximum durability and long service life are required. It is constructed from solid aluminium to withstand heavy loads and intensive vehicle traffic. It is also suitable for use in residential garages.

With an approximate height of 8 mm, the low profile of this product makes it ideal for use with pallet trucks and forklifts, which can easily cross the threshold while still providing an effective barrier against water, leaves, dust and other debris.

The threshold is made from solid aluminium construction and is supplied in sections. It includes thermoplastic bottom seals that create a tight seal with your garage or warehouse floor to prevent water from entering. The product is also supplied with impact-resistant concrete fixing bolts. The grooved top design improves tyre grip and helps prevent slipping or tripping when crossing the threshold.

In cases where the floor is slightly uneven, our specially designed adhesive and GaraDry® adhesive sealant can be used to seat the threshold firmly on the floor and fill any gaps underneath.
