The 30 mm garage door rain guard seal not only prevents rainwater from entering the garage, but also protects your garage from debris such as leaves and dust by creating a 30 mm high barrier. This allows your garage to remain clean and dry for as long as the seal remains securely attached to the floor.

It is available in various lengths from 2.21 metres up to 10 metres, allowing you to choose the most suitable length for your garage. How does the garage door rain guard work?

This 30 mm garage door rain guard works in the same way as our other seals. When installed using our adhesive and sealant on the floor, it creates a watertight barrier that protects your garage from rainwater and standing water up to a height of 30 mm.

This product is UV stabilised, making it a better choice compared to rubber garage door thresholds that become brittle and crack over time, allowing water to enter.

What material are our garage door rain guards made from?

Unlike many of our competitors, our seals are fully made from PVC material which is not only high quality but also fully recyclable. As shown in the images and videos at the top or left side of the page, the garage door seal is highly flexible, allowing it to be installed on almost any floor surface provided there are no large gaps under the garage door.

In addition, the seal will not fade and will maintain its appearance even after long-term use.

Will this garage door threshold seal fit my door?

Our range of seals, including this 30 mm garage door weather seal, has proven effective in both commercial and residential environments.

They are suitable for many types of doors, including roller shutter doors, sectional (overhead) garage doors, side-hinged doors and side access doors. The seals can also be safely driven over by most vehicles.

This seal can withstand pressure of up to 2722 kg, making it suitable for most passenger cars and small vehicles. However, it is not suitable for loading vehicles, vans, trucks or tractors.
