The 15 mm high garage door floor seal kit is designed to create a watertight seal between the garage door and the floor, preventing standing water from entering the garage space up to a height of 15 mm. The threshold seal also prevents leaves, dust and other debris from getting under the garage door, helping to maintain a clean and dry environment.

In addition, our 15 mm high garage door floor seal can help prevent mice and other small rodents from entering under the door. The yellow safety strip serves as a warning marker for people or vehicles crossing the threshold.

This threshold seal is 15 mm high and 85 mm wide, and is available in lengths from 2.21 m (7'3") to 20 m (65'), making it suitable for a wide range of garage door sizes.

How Does It Work?

The threshold seal is installed on the floor directly under the bottom edge of your garage door. The kit includes a specially designed adhesive and seal that creates a watertight bond between the threshold and the floor, preventing standing water and rainwater from entering under the garage door up to 15 mm.
